Kaleista joined Cornerstone Executive Search Group, LLC in 2006 in a Training and Development role. Kaleista's primary focus is the recruitment, initial training, coaching and ongoing development of the Practice Leaders and Project Coordinators.
Prior to joining CESG, Kaleista held a variety of HR management roles in several large corporations, including KeyBank, UnitedHealthcare, Sterling Jewelers and BFGoodrich. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Hiram College and a Paralegal certification.
Kaleista's HR generalist background will be beneficial for recruiting, onboarding and training team members. Her strong employee relations and organization development background will assist the growth and development of the CESG office.
