Prior to joining Cornerstone Executive Search Group, LLC, Matt spent the past decade working in sales and marketing, including several years recruiting and training a sales force for the most profitable company in the modular home industry. Matt also brings with him a strong background in communications with several years of experience in broadcasting, production, and promotions.
As a former small business owner, Matt has a thorough understanding of the critical challenges business owners face and the importance of having the best available talent in key positions. Matt's drive to succeed and commitment to excellence enables him to bring the best available talent to his clients in a timely, efficient manner, while ensuring the highest level of integrity.
Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and is also a professional local musician.
